  We are delighted with both our three sofas and the service from Sofa by Design. We had bought our previous suite from here 19 years ago when we initially had 3 teenage daughters and latterly 6 grandchildren - so we felt we couldn't go wrong. After perusing numerous swatches and discussing thoughts and ideas with the wonderful Denise decision was made and we awaited excitedly for delivery. Unfortunately flu had struck down some of the staff delaying delivery. Oh dear! We had disposed of our suite and we were having 10 people for a traditional Burns Night. Nothing daunted we had a phone call from Denise - the manager and another employer would deliver on the Saturday of our dinner party. What service! The journey from Wales to Glasgow is a long one and I expected them in the afternoon - the bell went at 10a.m. - they had left at 4a.m.! We are more than delighted with our 3 sofas (as were our guests) and can't praise Sofa by Design highly enough. Thank you Denise and everyone involved.
